Please note that there may be natural variations in our products due to the use of natural stones such as Travertine, Brown Marble and Viola Calacatta Marble. Each of these materials has its own characteristics and can have different grains, shades and veins. Be aware that each product is unique when you place an order. However, we are sure that you will be satisfied with the beauty and quality of our products.

Viola Calacatta marble is a high quality natural marble stone known for its distinctive purple color and characteristic veins. It is named after its place of origin, Calacatta, in the Carrara region of Italy, and is often used for high-end interiors. As with other natural stones, Viola Calacatta marble can have natural variations, such as different veins, shades or hues that give it a unique and individual look.

Brown marble is a natural marble stone that comes in different shades of brown, depending on the type. The specific shades of brown marble can vary depending on the type and origin, and they can also have natural veins, shading and patterns that give it a unique look. As with other natural stones, natural variations can occur in brown marble, including different grains and shades of color.

Travertine is a natural rock, which consists of limestone. It is usually porous and may have holes or cavities that give it a unique appearance. Travertine has different shades in its color scheme, including beige, brown, gray and cream. It is known for its natural beauty and its ability to give a warm and inviting feeling to a room. Due to its natural properties, natural variations may occur in travertine, including different grains as well as color shades.

Order tracking with customer account: For tracking purposes, you can view your last order in your customer account under My Account. Here you will find all the shipping information and you can be redirected to our selected shipping company. You can find out the exact delivery time with your assigned tracking number.

Track your order without an account: For tracking purposes, you can view your last order through our Order and Shipment Status page. To access your order, you will need the email address you used when purchasing and the order number from your order. After that you will find all the shipping information and you can be redirected to our selected shipping company. You can find out the exact delivery time with your assigned tracking number.

All products returned within 14 days of purchase in unopened and original condition can be refunded by us. If you wish to return an item purchased online, we ask that you use our merchandise return form.

All refunds will be made through the original method of payment.

Returns from Germany:
We offer a service for returns. For this service we charge 6,90 € including 19% VAT. The return shipping costs will be charged for returns within Germany and automatically deducted from your purchase. Register your return here and receive your return shipping label.

International returns:
For a deviating return shipment, whereby the sender address is outside of Germany, the buyer assumes the costs of the return shipment. Please use our return goods form to register your return. Then you will receive all the necessary information about returning your order.

To ensure that your package reaches you safely, a signature is required for all deliveries.

If an item is damaged during shipping, we will offer you a free replacement or refund. Any details depend on your order – please contact us with your order details.

International shipping

Orders placed on the aesthevore website can be shipped to all countries. Here you can find our shipping costs.

No, we do not charge tax on orders shipped outside the EU. This means that the German VAT of 19% is excluded from all prices in the checkout.

Depending on the destination country and the order amount, local duties and taxes may apply. These depend on the regulations of your country and are not included in our prices, nor are we responsible for the costs.

We recommend that you check with the relevant authorities in your country about possible additional costs before ordering.

Order

To ensure we serve all our customers consistently well, we currently do not offer the option to choose marble veining between specific designs before shipping. All our marble and metal products are skillfully crafted to ensure high quality and natural beauty, with each marble piece being unique due to its inherent characteristics.

You have the option of requesting bespoke marble tables, where you can select the veining of the top before it is made in the size and design of your choice. Please contact us by email for this.

At the current time, we do not offer additional gift wrapping to be booked. Be sure, our Signature Aesthevore packaging will convince you to give yourself a treat or to be able to give your loved one a gift directly.

Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will gladly try to process all orders that have not yet been processed.

The security of our customers’ personal and credit card information is of the utmost importance to aesthevore. For this reason, we continuously invest in the further development of robust safety systems.

Our website is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates, which create a secure transaction area where you can enter your payment information. A small padlock in the address bar assures you that you have entered a protected area.

We also have firewall systems in place and run daily scans to ensure that any intrusion attempts are quickly identified.

You can redeem aesthevore coupon through aesthevore.com. The voucher cannot be refunded or transferred to another recipient. A payout is also excluded.

Please note that when you place an order, an applied voucher will be assigned to the respective order for 1 hour. If the order is not completed, the voucher is automatically released again. Vouchers can be redeemed in full or in part in our online store. Any outstanding amount will be notified by email after the order is placed.

Our issued gift cards or gift cards have no expiration date.
